• a live read of the ECU together with a thorough diagnostic scan, pinning down the fault and how full the filter is
• a high-pressure chemical clean, fed through the most suitable access point on that vehicle
• the regeneration cycle that burns off what the clean loosened
• one short road test where feasible, after a second scan and a warning lights reset
• an email afterwards with the pre- and post-clean reports

Where the filter is heavily blocked, a second clean is occasionally needed on the same visit.
