An engineer drives to you throughout Flintshire and treats the DPF where the car is parked, at your address or at your work.

It stays on the car.

The starting figure is from £299. Attendance is often same-day or next-day and time on site is typically around 2 hours.

There are 184 towns and villages we reach across the county. Connahs Quay, Buckley, Shotton, Flint and Mold are among them.

Each has its own page. Every one of them is listed further down this page.

What the DPF engineer does when they get to you

Before anything is touched, the scan goes first.

A DPF warning light is not proof that the filter is the fault, and a blocked filter often sits alongside a sensor, glow plug, injector or turbo problem that has to be ruled out first.

You hear about it before any work starts, if that is the cause.

a live read of the ECU next to a thorough diagnostic scan, pinning down the fault and how full the filter is
injection at whichever access point suits that vehicle, with a pressurised chemical clean
a regeneration cycle to burn off what the clean has loosened
a second scan, warning lights zeroed, and a quick road test where possible
pre- and post-clean reports emailed to you afterwards

A heavily blocked filter occasionally takes cleaning twice, carried out there and then.

Prices across Flintshire

Cleaning starts from £299. What you drive and how blocked the filter is both move the figure, so the price is agreed on the phone before anyone sets off, rather than after they arrive.

There is a charge for the call-out on every visit.

It meets the cost of the call-out, the booking, the diagnostic and the advice that accompanies it, and it applies whether or not cleaning goes ahead — a fault that turns out to be something other than the filter is still a visit and still a diagnosis.

Every clean carries a 30-day warranty covering aftercare, including a technician coming back if the warning light returns inside that period.

Brilliant company! Highly recommend! came out to us next day! Paid an upfront fee over the phone which was reasonable and they didn't even charge us for the outstanding balance due to a damage DPF. Such lovely people, honest, reliable, trustworthy professional company would definitely use/recommend. Thanks again Guys.
