The light is last news. By the time it arrives, the symptoms have generally been growing for some time:

- you notice the revs fall short of where they once went

- a stop/start that has silently packed in
- diesel in the car, or smoke on the way up through the box
On its own, none of that is proof. Alongside the light, it is a fair bet the filter is loaded.

Very honest, friendly and straight forward company and engineer (Attilla). He ran a diagnostic check and said that they could try cleaning it out but it would probably block again within a few weeks. Hence I was very happy to have only paid the £150.
Needed the van urgently for work, they came first thing the next day, ran a full test before and found it didn't need a clean but was the temp sensors that have failed, gave some good advise and left. Quick, pleasant and honest to deal with.
