Two more worth bearing in mind. Having the DPF hollowed out is not a solution — a vehicle without a functioning DPF fails its MOT and driving it is illegal. And the work is sometimes looked up as DPF renewal: nothing is replaced, your existing DPF is cleaned in place and put back to work.
